Bonus episode! The Gatbuton Incident is a one-shot campaign set in the world of The Fates of Ryn--and featuring cameos from some of your favorite Goats & Dragons NPCs!--that Helpful Goat Gaming played on June 14, 2019.
The premise: There is war on the horizon. The Gaholnian army is marching toward the border of Wigmoles. There have been some scrapes with local creatures lately and the military has had need of adventurers who like to keep things quiet and off the books. Because of this need, a party of adventurers has found some coin in the northern most town in Gaholnia, Gatbuton. A couple of nights ago, an old, traveling orc was nearly killed by some soldiers looking for an early fight. The group helped to defuse the situation and have stowed the orc away in a room in the back of the local tavern. In addition, the group now meets with a dwarf and his pregnant elven wife, who for some reason need to sneak out of town and flee across the border. They say they are willing to pay handsomely for the group's assistance.
